Throughout her career, she has held various roles in Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources, Culture transformation and Diversity & Inclusion. Her professional journey has taken her across the Middle East, the UK, and the USA.

 

With over 20 years of avid horse riding experience and recognition as a Showjumping judge under the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation, Élodie's interaction with horses has profoundly influenced her character, instilling self-confidence and robust leadership skills.
